Concession is eligible for a person who holds one of the following: Seniors Card, Commonwealth Pensioner Concession Card, Department of Veterans Affairs Gold Card or White Card or Full-Time Student Card. Junior is eligible for a person under the age of 16 as at 01/01/2027.
