HOW CAN I BUY A MEMBERSHIP?

You can update your details anytime via logging into your My Membership Portal.

How do i access games?

For all home games at John Cain Arena, all members will be able to scan into the venue with their barcode on their digital or tangible membership card.

For all home games at other venues (e.g. State Basketball Centre), all members must redeem tickets to secure their seats. This process will be communicated to you prior to these matches going on-sale.

Where is the SEMP training base?

State Basketball Centre, Wantirna South. Members and supporters will be notified via email and social media when training sessions are open to the public.

Can I buy SEMP merchandise?

South East Melbourne Phoenix merchandise is available online via our Online Store, at events, and at the stadium at home games. 

What age is classified as a Junior?

All members under the age of 16 as at 1/1/2024 will be classified as a junior member.

What forms of concession are accepted for a concession membership?

All members over the age of 16 as at 1/1/2024 who hold a form of concession will be entitled to a concession membership. This includes all DHHS concession cards and student IDs.

does SEM Phoenix participate in the companion card scheme?

Yes. All members requiring the assistance of a companion and who hold a Companion Card will be issued with a complimentary membership for a companion to attend games and events with the member. The companion is entitled to all the same membership benefits.

Please note that Companion Card memberships are issued subject to capacity.

do all members receive a membership pack?

All members with an up to date paid membership will receive a NBL24 membership pack delivered to their postal address, as well as a member’s own loyalty scarf which can be collected on gamedays at the Membership Desk.

For members that sign up prior to September 10, 2023, you will receive your membership packs before our first game.

For all members that sign after September 10, 2023, you will receive your digital membership card on the Friday afternoon following the purchase of your membership. This can be used to access games, as your membership pack will take 7-14 days to reach your postal address.

GETTING TO HOME GAMES AT JOHN CAIN ARENA

Public transport is the best option for getting to John Cain Arena.  Bus, tram and train services operate frequently and will get you very close to the entrance.  Parking is limited and can be booked directly through prebook.mopt.vic.gov.au/

Accessible parking is strictly limited and needs to be booked through the Ticketek Accessible Parking hotline on 03 9286 1208.

GETTING TO HOME GAMES AT STATE BASKETBALL CENTRE

Public transport is limited to buses to State Basketball Centre, Wantirna. Please visit www.ptv.vic.gov.au to plan your journey.

State Basketball Centre is easily accessible from Eastlink – take the High St Road exit and parking is available in the precinct.

Members will be communicated relevant information regarding parking at the precinct prior to each game hosted at the venue.

HOW DO I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP FOR THE DAY?

6th Man members can upgrade to a daily reserved seat through Ticketek at John Cain Arena home games.

This can be completed by quoting the barcode number on the back of their membership card to remove the cost of admission and just pay the difference to a reserved seat.

CAN I SIT COURTSIDE FOR A GAME?

Yes, courtside seating is available to be purchased via Ticketek. Members are eligible for a 10% discount on all courtside seating by entering their membership barcode on the back of their membership card as a password on the Ticketek Event Page of your selected game.

HOW DO I REGISTER TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER WITH SEMP?

Volunteering with South East Melbourne Phoenix as a member of our Heartland Crew is a fun and rewarding experience. Our volunteers are actively involved on game days and at events held both during the season and in the pre-season.
